What if I can’t find a product in the catalogue, will you be able to get it for me?
We have a dedicated specials team that source those one off products nation wide or worldwide if need be.

How do I place orders?
You can place orders via telephone, fax, and email or through your own personal online account.

Are deliveries FREE?
Deliveries to Crane Business Account Holders are free from any charges and are delivered by our very own uniformed drivers.

What about if it’s a small order?
All orders placed by a Crane Business Account Holders, no matter the size, are free; even if it’s just a box of paper clips - we have been tested!

What if I’m unhappy with a product?
In these unusual circumstances, all products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If we cannot find a replacement product you are happy with, we will provide you with a credit for the item(s) and collect hassle free.

Will I be rewarded for loyalty?

Will I be able to speak to the same person?
Every customer has a dedicated account manager allocated to them, with all calls answered on average within three rings.

I’m a very busy person and don’t like to be hassled, how often will you call me?
Your account manager will only call once per month to let you know about our monthly promotions and make sure your happy with the service you’re receiving.

Is setting up an account a lengthy process?
All it takes is 60 seconds; your account manager will do all the paper work!
